Fake Slackers

Fake Slackers

Chapter 105 - Chapter 102 Part 1

As soon as He Chao shouted "run," Xie Yu was pulled by him and rushed out of the classroom.

The students from Class 3 followed closely behind.

Xie Yu ran down the stairs, taking three steps at a time and jumping directly down the last few steps. After all, the next class was physical education, so they ran straight to the exercise ground. "What the hell?"

Xue Xisheng couldn't keep up with them and threw his broom forward after running a few steps, narrowly missing He Chao's feet.

"Was he always this fierce?" He Chao stumbled, "Is this still the study rep I know?"

The scene was quite spectacular, with such a grand momentum that even the students who were playing in the corridor retreated to their respective classrooms.

Two notorious school big shots were chased and beaten by their classmates from the fourth floor all the way down to the ground. It looked like they were even planning to continue the fight on the exercise ground, a scene straight out of a gang fight.

The other classes didn't dare to make a sound. Only after most of this bunch had left did they gather around the corridor railing, looking down and exclaiming in unison, "How exciting! This is simply amazing!"

"Stop! Don't run!"

"Brothers, go around and flank them from the track!"

"Brother Qing, you lead the girls and prepare for a left flank assault!"

After a series of strange strategic deployments, Xue Xisheng's anger skyrocketed as he shouted across the distance, "You were deliberately lowering the class average with your malicious behavior - you have gone too far and have no sense of collective honor!"

"..."

For the first time in his life, Xie Yu was being chased around the exercise ground, running several laps and being surrounded wherever he went. His emotions were complex.

As he ran, he nudged the person next to him with his elbow and asked, "Still running?"

The group from Class 3 changed tactics several times during their laps, like being surrounded by zombies coming from all directions.

Even He Chao was afraid of this group of people. He slowed down and said, "Let's stop running. At this rate, this class wouldn't be long enough for us to keep running."

Just as they stopped, Liu Cunhao tackled Xie Yu from behind, causing him to stumble forward and collide with He Chao.

He Chao was caught off guard and could only grab onto Xie Yu's waist.

The next second, he lost his balance as well.

"Brothers," Liu Cunhao shouted as he caught them, "I've caught them!"

Luo Wenqiang rushed over from the other end of the track, throwing off his jacket with great bravado as he ran and leapt onto Liu Cunhao, pinning him down firmly.

"Until you explain yourselves, neither of you are going anywhere today," he declared.

Several boys piled on top of them like a human pyramid, pressing them firmly onto the track.

The noise was deafening.

Xie Yu lowered his head and his eyes fell on his boyfriend's prominent Adam's apple, then followed the open collar of his school uniform down.

He Chao wanted to say "Enough, stop it," but before he could, he locked eyes with Xie Yu.

They were too close.

The two of them stared at each other, stunned, for several seconds.

Liu Cunhao had originally wanted to suppress the two big shots in his class, but then heavyweight athlete Luo Wenqiang came over and pressed him down too hard: "Sports committee rep, how much do you weigh? Can we switch people?"

Luo Wenqiang felt wronged: "Do you dislike me, Hao-zi?"

Xie Yu and He Chao looked at each other for a moment, not knowing who started to laugh first. Then the laughter spread like a contagious disease, passing from chest to chest.

Xie Yu laughed with closed eyes, his palm resting on the rubber ground. He didn't even turn his head as he said to the people behind him, "What's wrong with you? Get out of here."

Several clear whistles interrupted the human pyramid exercise.

The physical education teacher walked out of the office with a form in hand and said, "That pyramid - yes, you guys. Line up, why are you still squeezing over there?"

Upon hearing this, Luo Wenqiang and his friends quickly stood up.

Xie Yu felt the weight on him get lighter and was about to get up from lying on He Chao when he heard He Chao call out to him, "Xie Yu."

"Ah?" Xie Yu responded.

He Chao didn't say anything.

He propped himself up, and as he did, his school uniform jacket slid down slightly, giving him a disheveled appearance. His lips brushed past Xie Yu's cheek and finally touched his earlobe, causing a slight tickle.

The exercise ground was already filled with several classes and groups of people who had just finished playing basketball in the previous class but hadn't left yet.

He Chao leaned back and, taking advantage of the lack of attention, distanced himself once again. He smiled and said, "Giving a kiss."

Once everyone was in line, the physical education teacher held up a form and said, "Today we're going to test your long-distance running. I saw you all warming up by running a few laps near the window earlier, not bad, you're all very enthusiastic. Let's get started. Boys, follow me first."

One kilometer.

Everyone groaned in protest.

After using up a lot of energy during break time, no one had the motivation to run when the physical education teacher shouted "Ready, set, go." They slowly jogged forward and barely managed to pass the minimum requirement.

After running two and a half laps, everyone except for a couple of athletic students collapsed on the ground.

The physical education teacher finished testing them and left them all lying there, then went to the other side to test the girls on an 800-meter run. "Ladies, get ready!"

Xie Yu bent over, hands resting on his knees, taking a few deep breaths.

He Chao sat by the side of the track, feeling a poke from behind.

"What's going on with you guys?" Wan Da sat up weakly for a few seconds before almost falling back down, asking the crucial question, "...I really want to know the secret to improving your performance."

He Chao motioned for him to come closer.

Wan Da used up the last of his strength to move a few centimeters towards He Chao.

"Take the Brain-Boosting Pill to improve your memory. No matter how complex the formulas and theorems are, you'll remember them after just one glance," He Chao's tone became lower and lower as he spoke, sounding quite convincing, "Search for the TB store xxx, with good reviews and cashback, you can even get a one-yuan cash bonus."

Wan Da secretly noted down the name of the Taobao store: "Really, Brother Chao?"

He Chao asked, "You really believe this?"

Wan Da: "..."

Xie Yu, who was standing nearby, thought to himself that He Chao's ability to talk nonsense with his eyes open had improved.
